I founded Pragtics GmbH in 2018. From day one with the Theory of Constraints as our method and with a view of organisation, workflows and IT at the same time. Where things get stuck, it is rarely the people. Usually it is the structure around them.

For more than twenty years I have worked on exactly that structure. From start-ups in scale-up mode to corporations under regulatory pressure, from the organisation through the workflows into systems architecture.

This is where I write about what I see along the way: what works, what does not, and why. With numbers where I have them, and an honest assessment where I do not.
