Three disciplines, one bottleneck
Three doors, one room.
You change a responsibility in a meeting. A workflow in a quarter. An architecture in a year.
Organisation, Process and IT are therefore not three offerings but the same decision at three levels of hardness. Take them one after another and you pay for every correction in the most expensive material. Come through the door that hurts right now – we still look at all three, because the bottleneck rarely sits where the pain is reported.

Frameworks are toolboxes, not diagnoses.
A bottleneck is always yours. It grows out of your structure, your market, your history – so no method can know it before it has been to your place. Anyone starting with the question of which framework to roll out has replaced the diagnosis with a catalogue.
- We pick what fits the bottleneck: SAFe, LeSS, OKR, Flight Levels, Kanban, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Theory of Constraints.
- Where nothing fits, we adapt. Where that is not enough either, we build a workflow with you – but only if it earns you an advantage.
- We know the frameworks well enough to spot when they are the wrong tool. That is the difference between agnostic and clueless.
- Your competitor can buy the same standard process you can. A fitting one, they cannot.
Why we get to claim this
Because somebody finally measured it.
“Technology, process and organisation have to fit together” sounds like consultant folklore – until somebody measures it. Agentic AI is the first case where the difference becomes brutally visible, because the same tool explodes for one group and fizzles for the other.
- At Amazon, teams that rebuilt their way of working around AI saw a median 4.5x productivity gain. Teams that merely added AI to their existing way of working did not see those gains.
- Microsoft’s Work Trend Index attributes around 67 % of real AI impact to organisational factors – culture, leadership, incentives – and only about 32 % to individual skill.
- In a controlled study, experienced developers using AI tools became 19 % slower – and did not notice. A tool placed on an unchanged process.
